Between 2001 and 2008, Nordic Tugs published 14 issues of a magazine titled Waypoints. The objectives were to tell both owners and prospective buyers about the latest changes and innovations to Nordic Tugs, to offer some tips on care and maintenance, to keep the Nordic Tug community informed about upcoming shows and gatherings and to provide owners the opportunity to share their tips and trips. Although the magazine was very well received, production ceased in 2008 as a result of the recession.
In February, 2021, Wilde Yacht Sales in Essex, Connecticut, announced that the magazine would be published again. Wilde, in cooperation with the Nordic Tugs factory, is publishing Waypoints Revisited The new publication has a similar look to Waypoints, is infused with some of the original articles and is enhanced with lots of new material.
